At 1st Step Shoes & Bags, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes or bag aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our team will verify that the product is unworn and all tags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Send the package back to our central warehouse using a trackable courier service or visit any 1st Step retail outlet for an in-store exchange.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received and approved, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 working days.
